Aventura Coffee was founded by Rogelio Silva and Chris Bran, who originally imagined a brand that honors cultural roots while delivering high-quality coffee. They noticed that much of third-wave coffee culture borrowed from various traditions without fully recognizing their origins. Their goal was to create a welcoming space where coffee reflects cultural identity and remains accessible to everyone.

The coffee shop is cozy and welcoming, inviting people to slow down and enjoy their drinks instead of rushing through. They make everything with care—from roasting their coffee beans to crafting their syrups for flavoring. This means every cup is special and made with love.
