A Toast to Yakima
Gilbert Cellar is a small, family-owned local winery that’s dedicated to utilizing wine to bring together the community. In 1897, the Gilbert family settled in what was a rural community. Fruit growers for several generations, wine-making came naturally thanks to the perfect Northwestern conditions. When the family isn’t actively making wine, they enjoy dining al fresco on their patio, great conversations, and traveling the world. Hiking, rock climbing, and mountain biking their local landmark, Gilbert Peak, is a favorite year-round activity.
Gilbert wines have been awarded accolades from Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate, and the Great Northwest Wine Competition. Stop in and enjoy a taste or two. Who knows what you might discover?
