From September 20th to the 29th, have fun at the Central Washington State Fair!

Food

You’ll be able to find all of your favorite fair foods at the Central Washington State Fair, from deep-fried oreos to chili cheese fries.  Adults will love the Wine Garden and Beer Garden, both featuring local products, where you can sit and relax for a moment before returning to the hustle and bustle of the fair.

Entertainment

Of course the traditional rides and midway games will be available, but if you’re looking to sit and watch something, plenty of events will be happening as well.  Cheer on your favorite contestent in the pig race, watch cars get crushed at the demolition derby, and see some amazing feats at the equestrian demonstration by Matt Zimmerman.  Even the local wildlife rescue, Walk On The Wild Side, will be present with their menagerie, from lions to porcupines, so that you can learn about non-domestic animals.

Music

No fair is complete without live music, and the Central Washington State Fair has some big names booked!  See the Temptations (“My Girl”), Tracy Byrd (“Watermelon Crawl”), Shenandoah (“Next To You, Next To Me”), Josh Turner (“Your Man” and “Why Don’t We Just Dance”), and even Nelly (“Ride Wit’ Me” and “Hey Porsche”), to name a few.  Someone new will be performing every night, and there’s plenty to do if you want to attend more than once!
