Looking for a fun, affordable way to stay fit while visiting Billings? The local MSU Rec Center offers a day pass for any visitor for just $5, or a month-long aquatic center and general public membership for just $22. You don’t need to have a connection to MSU in order to qualify, and the aquatic center just re-opened for the spring session.

Hours are 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday – Thursday, with more exclusive hours Friday – Sunday. At this impressive facility located in the lower level of the PE buildings, you’ll find a newly remodeled cardio and weights section, a 25-yard swimming pool, climbing wall, running track, saunas and racquetball courts.

Up Your Fitness

Personal training is also available by contacting Chris Martin directly at [email protected]. Sign up for an intramural team if you’re in Billings for an extended stay, or check out one of the single-day special events happening throughout the spring session.

The aquatic center offers a variety of swimming lessons, free swim periods and water sports. Conveniently located close to your Billings hotel, there’s no better and easier way to get and stay fit than with a membership at MSU Rec.
