Randall Park

Calling all nature lovers to Randall Park. This creekside park features scenic walking paths, picnic areas and a pond. Randall Park is also home to Yakima’s 1st disc golf course. During the summer months, come listen to Yakima Community Band perform on Wednesday nights.
Yakima Sportsman State Park

This 266-acre camping park is a lush oasis in the desert of eastern Yakima. The park attracts fisherman, picnickers, and bird-watchers, especially. The Yakima river flood plain sustains a wetland of marshes, grasses and ponds, which serves as a welcoming habitat for 140 species of birds.
Franklin Park
2101 Tieton Dr.
Visit this community park for a playground, outdoor pool and tennis courts. Franklin Park is most well-known for the Outdoor Summer Sunset Concert Series. Performances will be hosted on Friday’s in August.
West Valley Community Park
1323 S 80th Ave.
This popular, neighborhood park offers a playground large grassy areas, walking paths and grills for your BBQ needs. West Valley Park is also home to basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts.

This expansive park is home to a greenway, featuring 20 miles of paved pathway, an impressive, wooden play structure for kids, and picnic areas. Sunrise Rotary Park is the perfect place for bird-watching, fishing, running, and biking.
