Surrounded by the stunning scenery of Nevada by the glitz and glam of Las Vegas. Nevada is rich in natural features, scenic highways, small towns, and exciting outdoor activities. Hiking, biking, climbing, horseback riding, and fishing are popular pastimes. Use our list of Nevada’s top attractions to plan your trip.
Lake Mead
Lake Mead’s water levels will be at an all-time low, but this is still a beautiful spot for boating, hiking and taking in the scenery along the lake’s edge (which is rare in the middle of the desert). The Hoover Dam built the 250-square-mile reservoir in 1935 and while official tours of the modern wonders are currently unavailable due to the pandemic, you could still enjoy the trails around or take a boat for up-close sights.
Floyd Lamb Park
Floyd Lamb Park near Tule Springs is one of the most excellent places to come in the fall. Floyd Lamb Park used to be a state park, but the city of Las Vegas now runs it.

Incline Village
Any part of Lake Tahoe is a “beautiful place,” but Incline Village goes over and beyond houses that include private beaches, ski trails including golf courses. Rent a bike and ride along Billionaire’s Row to see all of the insanely expensive holiday homes you will never be able to afford.
