Kick off the holiday season with Vernal’s Holly Days celebration!

This year’s theme is all about bringing back the magic of the winter holidays, so on November 29th, venture downtown to remember why you love this merry season.  Enter the gingerbread house competition with your own complex, sugary, and beautiful concoction, or enjoy eating carnival food at the food court.  Watch fire dancers defy injury, play video games or laser tag, and generally feel like a kid again.

Kids will also enjoy the event, with face painting, bounce houses, pony and camel rides, and more available to entertain all ages.  The event takes over most of downtown, so you’re sure to continuously come across more activities you’re interested in, as you walk – and when you get cold, just stop and warm up with a cup of rich hot chocolate.

Holly Days is also the time to start your holiday shopping!  Santa’s Workshop will be set up with two locations at Vernal Middle School and Kokopelli.  The craft fair features local artisans selling a wide variety of products, from delicious baked goods to handcrafted jewelry, or anything else you can imagine.  Take the opportunity to buy beautiful, one-of-a-kind gifts for everyone on your list!

Don’t miss one of the biggest and most fun events of the year in Vernal!
